Richard (Rick) Morrison
President

Rick brings 20 years of document imaging experience to his position and has worked in all operational areas of the company including service, administration, and sales. Rick is responsible for setting the direction for Operations, including sales, finance, purchasing, leasing, marketing, and general administration while continuing to be personally available for our customers as needed. A former commercial lender, Rick holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Robert (Bobby) A. Morrison III
Executive Vice President & Treasurer

Bobby also brings 39 years of printing and imaging experience to his position. He, too, has worked in all areas of the company, including service, administration, and sales. He is responsible for helping manage the company’s cost structure, services and customer support, and co-leadership for general operations. He also oversees all purchasing and shares finance operations with Rick. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Deborah Rape
Controller

Deborah joined MSA’s accounting department 20 years ago as a collections clerk and has worked her way through various positions over the years until she became our controller. Having worked in virtually every position in our administration, she has a thorough understanding or our accounting operations and the need to give our customers timely, accurate and easy-to-understand billing.

Richard Merrill
Atlanta Area Sales Manager

Richard joined MSA in 2018. Richard began his career in 1994 and has seen first-hand numerous document management infrastructures in a variety of companies and industries. Armed with analytical skills, education and real-world experience, Richard’s unique ability to communicate with the customer offers perspective on current and future core business objectives, while providing great customer experience. He is a quick study and immediately recognizes expenses that challenge business in a rapidly changing world. Focusing on solutions unique to each customer, Richard works with members of the sales team to provide strategic and appropriate options to help control or reduce costs, while optimizing efficiencies within an organization. He provides experience, expertise and energy to not only the MSA team, but to customers as well.

Mark W Holwill
Atlanta Metro Service Manager

Mark brings MSA 30 years of experience to the Service Manager position. Mark draws upon his experience along with his Associate’s Degree in Communications & Technology and Network+ / A+ Certifications. Mark is responsible for ensuring that MSA quickly and efficiently maintains outstanding levels of quality and service to our customers. This is possible with a team of factory-trained technicians as well as technical specialists. Mark’s goal is the Best Service Experience in the Industry. 

Barry L. Rogers
Tennessee & North Georgia Regional Service Manager

Barry has been with MSA since 1987. He began training in the warehouse and quickly worked his way up to a management position which allowed him to become familiar with all segments of MSA operations. Barry has hands on experience in all servicing operations, parts inventory, manpower distribution and other factors involved in customer satisfaction. Barry holds industry certifications for management of both field engineers and equipment. He also has an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology as well as a BS degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Barry is responsible for seeing that we continue to provide excellent levels of service while keeping our costs under control allowing MSA to provide this support in a competitive manner.

Bill Talley
Sales Manager

Bill has over 20 years in sales and sales management. He started out in outside sales managing a local territory. From that position he transitioned into production specialist, major account manager and sales manager. Having been the Director of Sales & Operations for a printing company he understands the industry. Accepting the position of Sales Manager Bill now works closely with the sales team in both Chattanooga and Knoxville.
